• Can I choose black or white frames?

  Yes, we have black and white frames available for our 3D artworks.

• Do you deliver internationally?

  Yes, we deliver worldwide, when you provide your address our system will calculate the cost of postage based on your area.

• Do you accept commissions?

  We accept commissions for 3D artworks, if you would like a particular quote or a particular scene created please contact me via the contact page and I will work with you to create your desired artwork. We currently do not accept commissions for paintings.

• How long does it take to process an order?

  Frames that are currently on our site will be shipped within 3 business days, commissioned pieces may take up to 2 weeks as each piece is made from scratch!

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  We will accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, refunds will only be issues in this case.

• Do you offer local pickup to save on postage costs?

  Yes, we will accept local pickup in Ballycastle, please select this option when ordering.
